Through expert permanent makeup services, we create more than just visual results—we give time back, simplify routines, and restore what age or life may have changed. We believe beauty should feel easy, empowering, and personal. And beyond that, we’re here to build something lasting—a warm, welcoming space where strong, modern women in Northern Virginia feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

Dalisay means “pure”—and that’s what we bring to every service: pure artistry, pure intention, and pure connection.
Meet Nina
With 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Nina brings a blend of artistry, skill, and heart to every service. She began her career in Makati City, Philippines, where she owned a salon, makeup studio, and massage spa—working with brides, magazine editors, and film productions.
After moving to the U.S., Nina continued her journey with leading beauty brands, including her time as a beauty specialist at Lancôme and as an educator at TINT School of Makeup Art. She later refined her speed and precision in full-body waxing while working at European Wax Center. Nina is also a 10X-certified PMU artist trained by global experts in brows, lips, and eyeliner tattooing.
She holds a degree in education—but it was clear early on that beauty was her true calling. At Dalisay Beauty in Northern Virginia, she combines deep experience with a personal, client-first approach—offering clean, natural results in both waxing and permanent makeup.
Looking ahead, Nina plans to become a travel RN and offer aesthetic injectables such as Botox, lip fillers, and weight loss shots. She also dreams of launching a luxury mobile beauty studio—designed to meet her clients’ busy schedules with ease, elegance, and convenience.
